She is a certified Global Green Impact Ambassador and an Affiliate of Harvard University. Rosebella is focused on leading transformational and operational excellence initiatives through effective change management to accelerate business results in the mining, metals, and related industries. She is trained in Mine-Mill optimization with a broad knowledge in core processes and practices, challenges and constraints, risks and strategies across the mining industry and the entire value chain.
Rosebella’s greatest attribute is her resilience and adaptive nature. Rosebella is passionate about developing women at the workplace and making a mark in the mining industry. She pursues to be a voice for change for females across the world, within communities and at the workplace.
Currently, Rosebella is the Head of Strategy for International Women in Mining where she focuses on Strategy Development using research in artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on designing mines of the future. In this capacity, she leverages her broad mining knowledge in developing policies to support the design of a sustainable industry for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her earnest desire is to broaden her knowledge through research and practice to contribute to the design of mines of the future driven by AI, machine learning (ML), and process automation, which are safe, diverse, equitable with low ecological footprints.
She is a strong but empathetic leader with a reputation for building and retaining highly motivated Project teams. Rosebella is a results-oriented achiever with an excellent track record for eliminating waste in production, minimizing cost, and optimizing production. Rosebella believes and encourages women to take a seat at the table and make use of their seat at the table with their voice, values and hard work.
Olufemi Adabale is a board member, an experienced global governance professional who has obtained his Fellowship and Chartered Status with ICSA Nigeria Division and Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, as well as his GPC.D with the Governance Professionals of Canada. Over the last 11 years, he has provided top-tier global governance and corporate secretarial services to several FmACL firm’s clients in common law jurisdictions in Africa, the UK and the USA. He is renowned for his easily executable governance solutions. Strong industry insights to deliver high-quality solutions reflecting brilliance in research, financial management, analytical/critical thinking, thought leadership, legal/regulatory knowledge, stakeholder relations, team collaboration, effective communication, and DEI strategy.
After permanently relocating to Canada, he briefly worked in-house within the governance unit of a Canadian Payroll Company and quickly realised the gap in the consultancy field, leading to a collaboration with governance professionals, consulting on strategic governance, corporate secretarial, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, capital markets, and ethical AI in Canada and beyond.
Olufemi holds a BS.c in Political Science, a PDG in Media & Communication from the University of Ilorin and Pan-Atlantic University, and he is a certified Business Essentials graduate from the Toronto School of Management. In 2016, he received the IFC award, a member of the World Bank, as a certified Corporate Governance Authorized Trainer.
If Olufemi had some leisure time, he would visit a natural park with his family, watch a game show, and enjoy quality moments with his loved ones. His ambition includes traveling, supporting colleagues, and helping clients, senior executives, and boards across the globe.
Kyle Malaszuk is a dedicated professional associated with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in support of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGRFA). He possesses a deep understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and global governance issues related to Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (PGRFA).
A strong advocate for sustainable agriculture and global food security, Kyle has participated in numerous international conferences and Governing Body sessions. In these roles, he’s engaged with a wide array of stakeholders, from governments and research centers to farmers’ organizations and the private sector. His insights and unwavering commitment to the goals of the ITPGRFA have made him an invaluable asset, significantly influencing the trajectory of FAO’s global governance.
A fourth-year student at York University in Toronto, Kyle is on track to become a potent advocate for ESG and sustainability. Pursuing an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Urban Change, with a specialization in Urban and Regional Planning, he’s acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between environmental issues and urban environments.
